1. The service
Koi Pond provides AI-powered speaking practice: simulated audiences, live voice conversation, and automated feedback on your delivery. Feedback is generated by AI and is guidance, not professional advice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
3. Free tier and paid plans
The free tier includes a limited number of practice runs and scenarios. Paid plans, prices, and included features are described at purchase. Prices shown before checkout are in euros unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing (e.g. a founding rate) applies for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
If Koi Pond isn't working for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
- Don't use the service to generate or rehearse unlawful, harassing, or hateful content.
- Automated or scripted access to practice sessions is not permitted.
6. Your content
You own your practice transcripts and recordings. You grant us the limited licence needed to process them (e.g. sending a transcript to our AI providers to score it). We don't use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability & changes
We may update features, prices for new customers, or these terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
